Tanya started with Merrifield Orthodontics in 2020. She has several years of dental experience and a lifetime in the veterinary field. She loves orthodontics and has braces herself! When she is not working, she spends time with her family. She is married with two children. Her hobbies include snacking, watching Tik Toks, catching Pokémon's, binge watching Netflix and snacking. Her teammates call her Cupcake! She spends most of her time outside the office as a proud Cheer Mom.

Debra joined Merrifield Orthodontics in 2020. Debra has a long history of experience in the dental and medical fields and orthodontics is her favorite. When she is not working, she spends time with her family. She is married with four adult children and nine grandchildren. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, writing and she loves helping her community. Her favorite things include good food and good movies.
Katrina
Orthodontic Assistant
Katrina has been in orthodontics for more than 10 years. She joined the Merrifield Orthodontics team in June 2018. She loves making beautiful smiles. When she is not working she loves to spend time with her family. She has been married for 11 years and has three beautiful girls. She loves movies, Christmas, and going to the pool and water park in the summer.

Lesly joined Merrifield Orthodontics in October 2016. She is a certified dental assistant. She is currently studying at Virginia Commonwealth University. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys reading.
Stephanie
Office Manager
Stephanie joined Merrifield Orthodontics in 2016. She loves everything orthodontics and has over 24 years of experience. Nothing changes someone more than a beautiful smile. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, she is a loyal Nationals and Capitals fan and she isn't sure what happened to her favorite football team. Her interests include traveling, gourmet cuisine, yoga, reading, movies, and crafting. She is absolutely passionate about the color purple!
Ana Maria
Orthodontic Assistant
Ana Maria joined the Merrifield Orthodontics team in February 2014. She is a certified dental assistant. She enjoys her job in the orthodontic office. She has been working in the dental field since 2004. She is a native of Bolivia and currently resides in Fairfax, VA with her husband and their two children. Her hobbies include running, reading books, gardening, and spending time with her family.
